Skills Migration and Employment MigrationAttention; New Skills Select Rules Starting 1st July 2012
The focus & speed of processing is through employer sponsored & state sponsored visas; however a range of independent subclasses without sponsorships are also available. Subclasses Employer Nomination Scheme; 856 This is a Permanent Visa opion (P/R) for thoses who have found an Australian Business willing to employ them in their qualified occupation. The applicants will need to have the required education background & work experience, be "skills assessed" by the relevant Australian skills body. At Interglobal Migration we work with that employer to ensure they have the correct employment contract templates, training plans & understand the requirements to pass the "nomination "process that will allow them to employ & sponsor you. Skilled Independent Subclasse 175 This is a Permanent visa option (P/R). The applicant must meet the required pass mark based upon age, education, skills assessment from an Australian Skills body, employment work experience & a high level of english ability. To obtain a free assessment of your "points"; email your resume to Interglobal Migration Services CLICK HERE Skilled State Sponsored Subclasses 176 This is a permanent or temporary visa option (TR or P/R). The applicant's points are close but do not meet the required pass mark. To be eligible to apply you need to be sponsored by an Australian State or Territory government that wishes to attract applicants from a specific occupations to their particular State or Teritory. Interglobal Migration can advise what occupations in What States are on each approved list of occupations. Skilled Regional Sponsored Subclasses 475 and 487 The skilled regional sponsored visa is a provisional visa which allows holders to live only in certain areas of Australia for up to three years. They need to be sponsored by an Australian relative living in a designated area, or by a state or territory government. The skilled graduate visa is an 18-month visa which can be applied for by international students who were inside Australia in Feb 2010 & have completed 2 years of study and needs to be lodged before December 2012.
