Doing Business or Investment in Australia

Using you current business details in your country; you maybe able to qualify for a Long Term business visa into Australia. This visa will turn into P/R status after you have owned & run a business inside Australia for a period of 2 years.

   You do need current business experience to be eligible to apply for a business visa into Australia.

Permanent Residency P/R (or T/R leading to P/R)

160/163/164  Business owner & Senior Executive  T/R
These visas are for people who own a business (or senior executives) in their current country & can use that business skill to apply for a Temporary 4 years business visa that will lead to P/R after completing 2 years of business in Australia & meeting other requirements. Subclass 160 . applicants under 45years of age Subclass 163/164 ..applicant s over 45years & under 55yeras of age, need state sponsorship.  
 

Subclass 890/892 Business owner P/R Visas.
 This is the P/R stage for applicants above who have completed the 2 years in business inside Australia & now ready for P/R.

They need to show ownership of an Australian business & capital investment in that business & management of that business for the past 2 years.
 

Subclass 165 Investor Visa’s T/R
These T/R temporary resident visas are for applicants who lodge a Business investment Bonds in Australia & reside in Australia without having to run a business.

Buisness Talent Visa P/R

For people who currently own a VERY large business & can show their day to day management roles.in running that buswiness

Temporary Resident Business Visas:

Business Short Stay:- These visas are designed for persons wishing to visit Australia for genuine business reasons (& stay up to 3 months at any one time).
In certain circumstances these visas may be granted & remain valid for multiple entries for periods of up to 10 years.

Business Long Stay(employment):- These visas are for persons seeking a longer term entry  on genuine business &/or employment grounds.
They are generally granted, with multiple entry facility, for periods up to 4 years & may be extended in certain circumstances.
